Chillax Rollerball Recipe


Who couldn't use a bit of relaxing these days?

Life seems like it's always go-go-GO without much room for down-time. Stress is at an all-time high and it seems we barely have time to just chillax.

Even with our on-the-go lifestyles, we can still take a few moments to bring feelings of relaxation. Applying this simple blend can help move you from feelings of fight-or-flight mode into feeling the relaxed feelings of rest-restore mode.

Self-care is a wonderful way to chillax.

Ingredients:

10 drops Lavender (helps to bring calm emotions to the mind)

7 drops Vetiver (assist one with feeling grounded in the present moment

5 drops Wild Orange (supports a positive mood, uplifts energy, and enhances creativity)

4 drops Bergamot (helps to release feelings of dispair and brings on feelings of optimism)

3 drops Patchouli (brings feelings of peace, enables a union of the mind, body and spirit)

3 drops Ylang Ylang (helps one to release anger and sadness and brings about child-like joy)

MCT Coconut Oil

Instructions:

Pull the rollerball top off the glass rollerball. You can use a knife to gently slide it loose.

Add all of the drops of essential oils into the bottle.

Top the rest off with the liquid MCT coconut oil.

Give it a shake.

Application:

Apply to the bottoms of feet, wrists, heart, and forehead.

This blend is wonderful to apply an hour before bed, or whenever you feel a surge of extra stressful emotions.
